A hundred weekly variants is a volume, not a universal target. Explain which decisions they support before setting a quota. Otherwise production can outpace review and testing.
Count concepts, variants and formats separately
Concepts test explanations or objections; variants modify an element; format exports adapt placement. Combining them hides learning.
For illustration, three distinct ideas with two openings produce six variants. Two formats create twelve files, still six variants and three distinct ideas. This is counting, not a weekly recommendation.
Find capacity limits first
Track concepts through brief, approval and actual tests. Investigate queues at feedback or launch before expanding production.
AI Vidia’s published Retainer includes 40 monthly videos, not 100 weekly; Brand System includes 90 monthly. See published deliverables. Additional volume needs an explicitly scoped agreement.
Follow one idea to actual use
Track a concept through briefing, script, production, approval and testing, recording waits and causes. Faster generation cannot fix missing product information.
Distinguish scene-level message changes from editable price updates, keeping variants connected to concepts.
Give reserves a purpose and expiry date so approved material does not become an obsolete folder.
Expand around the documented constraint, whether concept supply or approval time. Report used concepts and workload alongside files.
A capacity review should measure movement through the workflow, not simply output at the generation stage. If approved material queues for launch or product information delays the brief, increasing generation can make that mismatch larger. Add volume only after the next stage can use it.
Keep concept, variant and format counts visible together. In the illustrative example, three ideas with two openings remain three distinct ideas even after additional exports increase the file count. Give reserves a purpose and expiry date, particularly where offers change. The published monthly package volumes are defined deliverables; any different quantity needs its own scoped agreement rather than an assumption based on an ambitious production target.
