AI Vidia ad studio, for Facebook and Instagram

AI Facebook and Instagram ads for e-commerce brands, checked by a person before they ship.

AI Vidia is a performance creative studio that makes Facebook and Instagram ads for DTC and e-commerce brands. We write, produce and deliver finished video and image ads for Reels, Stories and Feed: 9:16 as standard, Feed formats such as 4:5 when agreed.

In short

For Andy Okay we have shipped 1,000+ AI ads, about 50 a week. Start with the EUR 2,000 Control Test.

You sign off a product fact sheet first. Each file's usage note lists what in it is AI-generated, and we agree the AI label per platform and market before delivery.

The work

Facebook and Instagram ad creative we have made.

Client work first, then one studio demo built across Meta's placements. Every tile says whose it is, and demo brands are fictional.

Placements

One concept, across Meta's placements.

Good Meta ads creative starts from one file: most Facebook and Instagram placements take the same 9:16 master. What changes is where the interface sits and how a Stories cut ends. Pick a placement to see the frame, the clear zones and what we change.

Facebook

Facebook ads that read without sound.

On Facebook one ad can land in Feed, Reels and Stories, often with the sound off. We put the product in frame early, burn captions into every file and give each beat one clear line of copy.

Facebook Reels lists no auto-captioning for ads, so captions are never left to the platform. Meta calls sound "optional, but strongly recommended", so Reels files are built for sound and read without it.

F2 · The frame-one test

Our check before delivery, not a Meta rule. Mute the ad and look at the first frame only.

  2. Can they name the problem it solves?
  3. Can they name the promise?

If any answer is no, the opening is rebuilt before you see it.

Instagram

Instagram ad creative: Reels, Stories and Feed from one concept.

For Instagram, AI Vidia builds one concept vertical first, then checks it in Reels, Stories and Feed previews so the product, words and offer stay clear of the interface. A creative director checks every asset against your brand style lock, and we agree the AI label per platform and market before delivery.

Creative fatigue

When a winner wears out: variant or new concept?

Meta tells you when an ad is tiring. The fix is not always a new concept: it depends on what the ad proved. Two questions, then what to brief next.

Question 1 of 2

What does Ads Manager show for the ad?

Every answer, without the tool
  • No status, and the ad proved a reason to buy: brief variants of the same concept.
  • No status or Creative limited, and the ad proved a hook: a new concept behind the same hook.
  • Creative limited, and the ad proved a reason to buy: variants, plus one new concept.
  • Creative fatigue: a materially different concept, and keep the original running.
  • Not sure what the ad proved: map what your ads say first.

F4 · The concept ladder

  1. Reason to buy: the angle
  2. Concept: the story that shows it
  3. Variant: hook, messenger, crop or caption
  4. Placement cut: Reels, Stories or Feed

Meta's Performance 5 says "Develop a variety of ad creative" and sets no number. On the Performance Retainer, 40 videos a month is roughly 8 to 13 concepts at 3 to 5 videos each.

Meta's AI tools

Meta's own AI tools or a studio?

On 6 October 2026 Meta made Advantage+ creative video from static assets generally available. Its tools animate product photos, expand crops to 9:16 and write text variants from what you upload.

That is useful, and sometimes enough. What it does not do is write a new reason to buy, or check the product against a fact sheet you signed.

  • OSTRID Reels frame: a hand wearing the ring holds a canvas tote, headline Wear it to work (studio demo, fictional brand)

    For every day

  • OSTRID ad: two hands open a sage-green ring box at a kitchen table, headline Open it first (studio demo, fictional brand)

    As a gift

  • OSTRID ad: the same ring in yellow, white and rose gold side by side (studio demo, fictional brand)

    In three tones

Studio demo · fictional brandThree reasons to buy one ring: for every day, as a gift, in three tones. Each is a concept of its own, not a new crop or a text variant.

F5 · The enhancement guard

Meta: "Some enhancements may be turned on by default, but you can turn them off at any time."

Meta: "We recommend checking and approving the previews of all your ads before they go live."

  • Enhance CTA: can add a promotion, such as a discount or a delivery offer
  • Text generation and text improvements: rewrite primary text and headlines
  • Image generation: places the product in new settings
  • Add animation: turns a still into a short video
  • Video touch-ups: can expand up to the first 15 seconds of a video
  • Translations: text, voice-over and overlays

Whoever launches decides which stay on. We deliver the approved master; preview each enhancement against it before the ad goes live.

Buying situations

Three times brands call us.

  1. 01

Your best ad is wearing out

The winner still sells, but cost per result is climbing. We brief variants of its concept and one new concept beside it.

ExampleOne Andy Okay concept, told by an illustrator and by a painter.

  2. 02

A launch needs Reels, Stories and Feed in week one

The placement versions of one concept arrive together, each checked in its preview.

ExampleThe OSTRID set: Reels master, Stories cut, 4:5 Feed video and a carousel.

  3. 03

You have a media buyer and no production

Your buyer runs the account. Weekly batches arrive with a handoff note, so results are read at the right level.

ExampleFiles named for your ad account, each labelled concept or variant.

Human in the loop

Who checks every ad before it ships.

Seven gates, two named people and you. The Facebook and Instagram checks come first, because a generic review misses them.

Facebook and Instagram checks, on every file

  1. Captions burned in: Facebook Reels does not auto-caption ads.
  2. Product, words and offer inside Meta's safe zone: about 14% top, 35% bottom and 6% each side in Reels and Stories; 14% top and 20% bottom in Facebook Stories.
  3. The Stories cut ends on its own end card.
  4. A 4:5 Feed version only when you agreed one.
  5. The usage note says what in the file is AI-generated.

AI labels on Facebook and Instagram

  • Meta labels ads made or significantly edited with some of its own generative AI tools, and shows when a label will appear before you publish.
  • In the European Region, California, New York, India and Taiwan, advertisers can disclose AI use themselves; the label then shows next to the ad label. Meta is renaming "Sponsored" to "Ad".
  • Each file's usage note lists what in it is AI-generated, and we agree the AI label per platform and market before delivery.

Other rules may also apply in your market, for example EU AI Act Article 50 labelling since 2 August 2026.

What does AI Vidia make for Facebook and Instagram?

Finished video and image ads for DTC and e-commerce brands: 9:16 for Reels and Stories as standard, Feed formats such as 4:5 when agreed. A creative director reviews every asset before it ships.

  • 02

Is a person involved, or is it all AI?

People decide at every step: you sign off a written product fact sheet before anything is generated, a creative director reviews every asset, and you get one revision round per video before files go into your ad account.

  • 03

Do you run our Facebook and Instagram campaigns?

Will Meta label our ads as AI-made?

Meta labels ads made or significantly edited with some of its own generative AI tools, and in some regions, including the European Region, advertisers can disclose AI use themselves. • 05

How does one ad change between Reels, Stories and Feed?

We build the concept vertical first, check each placement in the preview and ship a separate file only where the crop, caption or ending has to change, such as a Stories end card or a 4:5 Feed version agreed with you.

  • 06

How do you stop AI from changing our packaging, label or logo?

Every asset is checked against the product photos and fact sheet you supply. Any frame where the label, shape or colour drifts is rejected or rebuilt before you see it.

  • 07

How many ads do we get, and how many are new ideas?

The Performance Retainer delivers 40 videos a month, roughly 8 to 13 concepts, because a concept is usually 3 to 5 videos. Every file is labelled concept or variant.

  • 08

What do we send you to start?

The product photos you already have and a written product fact sheet you sign off. Nothing is generated before that.

  • 09

Do you use AI "customers" or invented testimonials?

No. A synthetic presenter is never presented as a real customer, and testimonials only come from real people who gave them.

  • 10

How do we start without a retainer?

The EUR 2,000 Control Test puts 10 variants against your current best ad for 14 days in your account, measured on one metric agreed up front.
