Before and after

Same rooms. Better first impressions.

Three edits listing teams ask for most, shown on our fictional demo house. Drag the line to compare. Every change is labelled where the rules ask for it.

The same demo living room, virtually staged with a sofa, rug, coffee table and plants

01 Virtual stagingVirtually staged

Changed Sofa, rug, table, plants and art added.

Kept Walls, floor, windows, fireplace and light.

The same house at dusk with a blue sky and warm lights in the windows

02 Day to duskDigitally altered

Kept Every object in the room. Nothing added or removed.

Demo house: the empty room and the phone snapshot were made from the finished photos, so each edit shows on the same frame.

Each move starts on the real photo and ends on the labelled version, so the viewer sees what changed.

One listing, three openings to test

Who it is for

Built for the people who market listings.

  1. 01

    Brokerage marketing leads

Every new listing needs a film this week, and every agent wants their own version. You brief once; the films arrive in weekly batches, on brand.

ExampleTwenty listings a month, each cut two ways, on the 40-video Performance Retainer.

  2. 02

    Developer sales and marketing

Your launch starts before the show home is finished. We turn renders and floor plans into launch films, labelled as illustrations.

ExampleOne film per house type and one for the site plan, ready for the launch weekend.

  3. 03

    Property platform growth teams

You need paid social that wins sellers and buyers. Listing films become the proof inside your own acquisition ads.

ExampleA seller ad that shows a listing becoming a film in seven days.

Listing film planner

Plan a listing film in one minute.

Tick the photos you have and type the facts you would print anyway. You get a film that fits 30 seconds, three openings to test and the labels it needs. Nothing you type leaves this page.

Labels this film needs

  • Turn on the platform's AI label where its rules ask for one.
  • If the voiceover is an AI voice, say so where the platform asks.

Wording to check

  • “Perfect for a young family” Says who the home is for, not what it has.
  • Say what the home has instead, for example "three bedrooms and a fenced garden".

A first pass, not legal advice. Your broker or compliance lead signs off the final ad.

Honest limits

Questions buyers ask

AI real estate videos, answered.

  • 01

What is an AI real estate video?

A listing video made from the photos you already have. AI adds the camera movement, captions and, if you want it, a voiceover, while the rooms stay as photographed. AI Vidia delivers finished 9:16 films for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, ready to post or to run as ads.

  • 02

Can you make a listing video from photos only?

Yes. Six to ten good listing photos are enough for a 30-second film. Each shot starts and ends on a crop of one photo, so the camera moves but nothing new appears. Video or drone footage you already have can be cut in.

  • 03

Is virtual staging allowed in a listing video?

Usually, if it is disclosed. Many MLSs require a label such as "Virtually Staged", and some want the unedited original beside it. In California, altered listing photos have needed a notice and a link to the original since 1 January 2026 (AB 723). We label every staged or altered shot on screen.

  • 04

Can we run these as Facebook and Instagram ads?

Yes. Housing ads aimed at the United States, Canada and parts of Europe must use Meta's Housing special ad category: age and gender are locked, ZIP code targeting is off, and US ads need a 15-mile radius. With less targeting, the creative does more of the work, so we cut each listing several ways.

  • 05

Do AI listing videos need an AI label?

Often, yes. In the EU, realistic AI-made or AI-altered video of a real place must be disclosed from 2 August 2026 (AI Act, Article 50), and Meta and TikTok have their own AI labels. We label every illustrated shot on screen and can add a disclosure line to the end card.

  • 06

    Who owns the listing photos?

Usually the photographer, who licenses them to the listing agent for marketing that listing. We only work from photos you own or are licensed to use in ads, and the films we make for you are yours on delivery.

  • 07

How long is a listing video?

Up to 30 seconds on the Performance Retainer and up to 60 seconds on the Brand System. Thirty seconds fits six rooms and an end card with the viewing time.

  • 08

Do you add voiceover and captions?

Captions on every film. A voiceover if you want one, made with an AI voice and disclosed where the platform asks. English and Danish are reviewed in-house; any other language is approved by your team.

  • 09

    How fast is it?

Brief to delivery in 7 days, with the first review batch on day 3. On a plan, new listings join the weekly batches as they come in.

  • 10

Do you work with new builds and off-plan projects?

Yes. We animate your renders and floor plans into launch films and label them as illustrations, because the homes do not exist yet. A render is never presented as a finished home.

  • 11

    What does it cost?

Listing films count toward the same plans as every other video: 18 videos in the EUR 4,900 Pilot Sprint, 40 a month on the EUR 8,500 Performance Retainer, about EUR 213 each, and 90 a month on the EUR 18,000 Brand System. The EUR 2,000 Control Test is the smallest start.
