For agencies

AI ad production for agencies that serve consumer brands.

AI Vidia is a performance creative studio that makes AI video and image ads for agencies to run for their consumer-brand clients. Your agency keeps the client, the strategy and the media buying. Who does what

Your agency keeps the client. We make the ads.

Your agency keeps

  • The client relationship and the strategy.
  • The brief: the audience, the offer and what each test should answer.
  • Sign-off at each step: the look on day 2, the picks on day 5.
  • Media buying and testing in the ad accounts. If you want us to launch, that is agreed per client.

AI Vidia delivers

  • Concepts and scripts written to your brief. A concept is usually 3 to 5 videos.
  • A written product fact sheet, signed before anything is generated. Product claims come only from it.
  • Every file checked against photos of the real product: AI review passes, then a creative director.
  • Finished 9:16 files named for your testing convention, with a new batch every week on the monthly plans.
  • A usage note with every file, listing what is AI-generated.

Brief to delivery

How a brief and its approvals move, day by day.

Monthly plans: first review day 3, finished files day 7. Pilot Sprint: 18 videos by day 14.

  1. Day 0

    Brief

You send the brief and the product photos the brand already has. A written product fact sheet is signed before anything is generated. One 60-minute call.

  2. Day 2

    Look

Your team approves the look, the characters and the shot list.

  3. Day 3

    First batch

AI review passes, then a creative director checks every file against the real product. You review the batch and send comments.

  4. Day 5

    Review

You mark what to keep. One revision round per video.

  5. Day 7

    Delivery

Finished 9:16 files in the ad account or DAM, named for your testing convention, each with its usage note.

Every clock starts at kickoff, once we have your product photos and your signed product fact sheet. See the full production process.

Labels and records

What travels with every file.

Every file comes with a usage note listing what is AI-generated, and the AI label is agreed per platform and market before delivery. AI presenters are AI-generated, not customers. A real person's likeness is used only with written consent.

Why agencies ask: Article 50(4) of the EU AI Act has applied since 2 August 2026, and trade guidance from IAB Austria (September 2026) reads the agency as the party that usually labels. New York has required ads to disclose synthetic performers since 9 June 2026; California follows on 1 January 2027.

Context, not legal advice. The full position is on the AI governance page.

In writing

Credit and confidentiality, agreed per project.

Credit and confidentiality
Agreed in the written agreement for each project, so nothing is assumed either way. Tell us on the first call what your client needs.
Ownership
Passes on delivery to the party named in the signed scope of work, for the finished files of each project. Before you sign anything, read what an AI ad usage agreement should clarify.
Other languages
English and Danish are reviewed in-house. Ads in other languages go to your client's own reviewer.

Proof, with its limits

AI Vidia has shipped more than 1,000 AI ads for Andy Okay, an art brand, and makes about 50 new ones every week. These are production volumes, not performance results.

FAQ

Agency questions, answered.

Does AI Vidia work as an AI production partner for agencies?

Yes. AI Vidia makes AI video and image ads that agencies run for their consumer-brand clients. The agency keeps the client relationship, the strategy and the media buying.

We write the concepts, make and check every ad, and deliver finished 9:16 files, with the first review batch on day 3 after kickoff.

Can the work be white-label, or does AI Vidia take a credit?

Credit and confidentiality are agreed in the written agreement for each project, so nothing is assumed either way. Tell us on the first call what your client needs, and the agreement sets it out.

Who owns the ads you make for our client?

Ownership of the finished files passes on delivery to the party named in the signed scope of work. Product claims in the ads come only from the product fact sheet signed before anything is generated, and every file is checked against photos of the real product.

How are AI labels handled on the files you deliver?

Every file comes with a usage note listing what is AI-generated, and the AI label is agreed per platform and market before delivery. AI presenters are AI-generated, not customers, and a real person's likeness is used only with written consent.

What does it cost, and how are larger programmes priced?

The published plans are the reference: the Control Test is EUR 2,000 one-time, the Pilot Sprint EUR 4,900 for 18 videos in 14 days, the Performance Retainer EUR 8,500 a month for 40 videos and the Brand System EUR 18,000 a month for 90 videos.

Larger programmes, such as more than 90 videos a month, several markets or invoicing in USD or GBP, are quoted on a call. Media spend is not included: the ads run in the ad account, on the client's budget.

Which formats and languages can you deliver for agency clients?

9:16 is the standard delivery, and other formats can be agreed per client on request. English and Danish are reviewed in-house; ads in other languages go to your client's own reviewer. Footage the brand already has can be cut into the weekly batches alongside AI-made scenes.
