One product photo in. A whole world out.

Each scene below started from a single packshot. The world is invented; the pack is not. All three brands are fictional demos we made to show the method.

Client work

One concept. Many characters.

Andy Okay, an art brand, gets 50 new ads a week from us. Two of its animated concepts are below. Each keeps one story and the real print, and changes the character, so every version speaks to a different buyer.

Andy Okay animated ad: a barista walks home in the rain and is met by his two children under the No Bad Days print
Client work · Andy Okay

No Bad Days · Barista dad · Shown without sound

Concept · No Bad Days

A hard day, the walk home, the print on the wall, the people waiting.

Concept · You Got This

A small moment of courage, and the print that was there for it.

The rule we work to

What we illustrate. What stays real.

  • We illustrate

    • The world, the set and the light
    • Characters and mascots
    • Metaphors for what the product does
    • Motion, pacing and sound
  • We keep exact

    • Your packaging, shape and colour
    • Every word on the label
    • Claims you have approved in writing
    • Your logo and brand colours
  • We never invent

    • Customer reviews or testimonials
    • Results, before-and-afters or lifts
    • Health, nutrition or efficacy benefits
    • A pet or person loving the taste

Checked before you see it

Three takes. One approved.

These are the real takes from the HAVREL paper scene. Every frame is checked against your product photos before it reaches you.

  1. Rejected take 1 of the HAVREL paper scene: a golden drop icon has appeared on the bottle label

    Take 1 · Rejected

A drop icon appeared on the label. The real label has none.

  2. Rejected take 2 of the HAVREL paper scene: a second glass pipette hangs above a bottle that already has its dropper

    Take 2 · Rejected

A second pipette floats above the bottle. The product has one.

  3. Approved take 3 of the HAVREL paper scene: the amber bottle with its exact label on a paper shelf at sunrise

    Take 3 · Approved

Label word for word, one dropper, nothing added.

Where animation earns its place

Three jobs animation does well.

  1. 01

    Show what words cannot

Make an objection visible: what is inside the first box, how the routine works, why the pack is shaped that way.

ExampleAn illustrated dog waits by the cupboard until the first box arrives. The real bag and serving wording close the ad.

  2. 02

    A character people remember

One mascot, locked in a character sheet, carried across dozens of ads so every new scene still reads as your brand.

ExampleThe same terrier on a walk, at the vet's door, under the Christmas tree. New hooks, one face.

  3. 03

A launch told as a story

A new flavour or colourway gets a short story with a reveal, instead of another packshot with a price.

ExampleA colour-led paper world for a beauty launch, ending on the approved packshot and feature wording.

Honest limits

When animation is the wrong tool.

We will tell you before we take the brief. These jobs need real footage or real people.

Who makes it

Two people own your animation from brief to delivery.

  • Kenneth Dosanjh

    Co-founder / Creative Director

    Kenneth Dosanjh

Writes the story, sets the style and signs off every concept against your brand guide and real product.

    Kenneth
  • Marianne Larsen

    AI Producer

    Marianne Larsen

Builds the scenes, locks the character and style across the batch and runs the frame checks before delivery.

How it works

From brief to weekly batches.

  1. Day 0

    Brief and product photos

You send the photos you already have and sign off a one-page fact sheet: pack, label wording, approved claims.

  2. Day 3

    Style and first batch

A character or world sheet and the first review batch. One revision round on every video.

  3. Day 7

    Delivered, ready to launch

Finished 9:16 ads with captions and sound. Your media team launches, or we do, agreed per client.

  4. Weekly

    New scenes, same world

On a plan, each concept becomes 3 to 5 videos, and new batches land every week.

Plans

Animation counts toward any plan.

No separate animation price. Animated videos count toward the same video volume as every other format we make.

  • Pilot Sprint

one batch, delivered in 14 days

    €4,900 one-time

  • Performance Retainer

    40videos a month

Questions buyers ask

AI animation ads, answered.

  • 01

What does an AI animation ad agency deliver?

Finished animated video ads, ready to launch: the concept and story, the character or world design, the animation, captions and sound, delivered in 9:16. AI Vidia directs every step and checks every frame against your real product before delivery.

  • 02

When should a DTC brand test animation instead of UGC-style video?

When the idea is easier to show than to say: a routine, a reveal, what is inside the box, or a mascot you want people to recognise. When the ad needs a real person vouching for the product, use real creators instead.

  • 03

Can the same character appear in several ads?

Yes. We lock the character in a reference sheet and reuse it across the batch, so the same face appears in new scenes week after week. Characters we make for your brand are yours to keep.

  • 04

Can animation keep our real packaging and claim wording?

Yes, and that is the rule we work to. Your packshots and a signed fact sheet set what must stay exact: pack shape, colour and every word on the label. Any take that changes them is rejected before you see it.

  • 05

Is AI animation the same as a 3D product model?

No. We animate a scene around your product; we do not build a measured 3D or CAD model of it. If you need exact engineering views or a full 360 spin, that is a different job.

  • 06

Can our media team run these on Meta and TikTok?

Yes. Every video is delivered in 9:16 for Reels, Stories, TikTok and Shorts, with captions placed inside the safe area. Your media team launches and tests them, or we do, agreed per client.

  • 07

What do you need from us before production?

The product photos you already have, your brand guide if you have one, and a signed one-page fact sheet with the pack, label wording and approved claims. Existing footage is welcome too; we can cut it in.

  • 08

Which shots should use real footage instead?

Anything that has to prove something: a customer review, texture, fit, true size, a pet or person eating, or a health benefit. Animation can frame those moments; it should never fake them.
