The process

Seven days, brief to delivery.

This is the first week of an AI Vidia monthly plan: what lands on which day and what we need from you. The one-time offers run on their own clocks, listed under the week.

What the EUR 8,500 month includes and leaves out

Before you start

Questions before week one

What product references and approvals should we give an AI ad studio before production starts?

The product photos you already have and your approved claims: every file is checked against them. Before anything is generated, you sign off a written product fact sheet and approve the look, and you approve the final files before your team or ours launches them.

If an ad shows the product in a state your photos do not, such as open, tell us before production and send a photo of that state if you have one: in our fictional-product demo, every reference showed the bottle closed, and all 3 open-bottle attempts were rejected for a second pipette.

What should an ad-production studio give our media buyer for each concept to make the test usable?

Ask for files the buyer can tell apart in the ad account, a note on what the concept tests and what stays the same, the one metric it is judged on, and a place to log the result.

On the Performance Retainer, AI Vidia delivers a testing plan in week one, finished 9:16 files named for your testing convention into your ad account or DAM, and a weekly winners report. Your media buyer launches and tests the ads, or we do, as agreed before week one.

We already have a media buyer, but production is slow. How do we add capacity?

Keep your media buyer and add weekly production. For EUR 8,500 a month, the Performance Retainer delivers 40 finished 9:16 videos in weekly batches, usually 3 to 5 per concept; every video gets one revision round and a creative director's check.

Your buyer launches and tests them, or we do, as agreed before week one. To test the fit, try the EUR 2,000 Control Test: 10 variants against your current best ad. If you already have a creative lead with time for 40 videos a month, in-house is probably cheaper.
