Who we are

AI Vidia is a creative studio based in Copenhagen, Denmark. We are the data controller for personal data collected through ai-vidia.com. Contact us at ken@aividia.dk.

What we collect and why

• When you submit a form, we receive your name if provided, email address, brand URL, ad spend band, message and the campaign information associated with the enquiry. Each submission also includes the page where your visit began and the domain name of the site that referred you. We use these details to respond and manage the enquiry. They are stored in our inbox, processed by our form and email providers, and may be recorded in our enquiry log in Google Sheets. We do not sell your contact details.
• Google Analytics 4 measures visits and enquiries when you consent to statistics. This can include page views, device information, referrer and country. Advertising measurement uses Google Ads, Microsoft UET and Meta, subject to the site's consent settings. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights measure site use and loading performance without setting analytics cookies.

Legal basis

We rely on consent for optional statistics and for advertising measurement, with one exception: for visitors in the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Arab Emirates, advertising measurement runs unless you reject it in the cookie settings. Everywhere else, including the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, advertising measurement that uses cookies or identifiers waits for your consent. Before you answer, and after you reject, Google Ads and Microsoft UET load in consent mode and may send limited requests without advertising cookies, as our cookie policy explains. We rely on legitimate interests for responding to enquiries and securing the site, and on contractual necessity when delivering agreed client work. You can change your cookie choices through Cookie preferences in the footer.

Service providers

• The site uses Vercel for hosting and performance measurement; Google Analytics and a pageview counter hosted on Convex for website statistics; Google Ads, Microsoft and Meta for advertising measurement; Resend and Formsubmit for form and email delivery; Google Sheets for the enquiry log; and Google Workspace for our inbox. These providers process information needed for their services. Your cookie choices control the optional measurement described in our cookie policy.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive your personal data, restrict processing or object to it, and withdraw consent. Contact ken@aividia.dk and we will act on your request within 30 days. The rights that apply depend on the processing and its legal basis. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.

Retention

Contact messages are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Client data is retained for the engagement and a further five years for accounting and tax obligations.

Changes

We update this page when the policy changes. Where a change requires new consent, we will ask for it through the cookie controls.
