Check scheduling and approval capacity
A monthly partnership needs timely product information, consolidated feedback and a route into advertising. If untested videos are already accumulating, address that bottleneck before increasing output.
Clarify how videos are counted, included languages and changes to scope. Upgrade for observed production requirements. A larger media budget alone does not prove that more videos are appropriate.
Clarify the differences before selecting
Control Test needs an available control, agreed metric and testing conditions. Budget fit alone does not make an unformed brief ready.
Pilot needs references, a contact and feedback capacity. Fourteen days does not guarantee enough data to establish incremental purchases; report what was observed.

A monthly delivery schedule can fail to match your needs if the same busy person must resolve every product question and review every video.
