The brief
A Nordic fashion label was relaunching a core collection across six markets. Studio try-on shoots for every SKU across multiple body types and locations were taking the creative team weeks. They needed a way to show the same garment on many bodies, in many scenes, without a studio day per variant.
The approach
We locked a set of AI avatars tuned to their target demographics, then built a try-on and lifestyle pipeline on top: multi-angle turntables for PDPs, lifestyle scenes for paid social, and lookbook sequences for email. Every look cleared a brand-safety and fit-accuracy review gate before shipping.
The creative
48 avatar looks per month: try-on turntables, yoga and outdoor lifestyle scenes, editorial portraits and 9:16 cutdowns for Reels and TikTok. Every garment presented on at least three body types, shot in scenes the brand could never have afforded to travel to.
The result
Product detail page conversion lifted 34% against the prior studio-only control. Time to market for a new look dropped from weeks to days. The creative team stopped being the bottleneck, and merchandising started asking for variants we had not even briefed yet.
